Multiple Ways the Mobile is used


By now, we’ve probably realized the rising power of mobile. The fact that it has become an extension of our existence, from motivational posts, to cat posts and even self-improvement podcast and focus games, the mobile has evolved into a device which does way more than just call and text. Marketers and brands have understood the large amount of audience available on this platform and hence mobile has seen growing ad spend over the past few years. In 2017, US marketers spent over $60 Bn on Mobile Marketing alone (almost a 25% increment from the 2016 spend). With the current trend, studies forecast a spend of almost $105 Bn in 2020





Optimizing websites/ads for mobile devices, an activity that was once considered to be an additional spend, is now considered a hygiene and necessary activity – probably even more necessary than brushing your teeth. I mean, 47% of all global internet traffic originated on mobile devices in 2018, so marketers have to ensure that the strategies and campaigns include and engage on mobile devices.
